It had been over thirty years since my Husband Ross and I had gone looking for a new home.
I had actually fallen in love with Claremont homes and the neighborhood over 20 years ago when
my best friends parents invited our family to their home in Claremont. I actually told my husband
when it comes time to downsize this is where I want to live. Claremont is my dream location.
So it was natural that Ross and I decided to pick Claremont Realty as our Realtors. We met
with Tammy Smith and Mary Kay Wilson who work as a united team. We told them what we
thought we wanted in the various floor plans that Claremont had to offer.
We also asked them to list our home and sell it for us, which they did.
Immediately, Tammy took us to the homes we were interested in seeing in Claremont. Tammy
was extremely knowledgable about Claremont and all of the floor plans. She had also lived in
the Fairfax model, which is the model we eventually decided on.
Ross and I were convinced we wanted the Burgundy Plan which offered an upstairs area. However,
after visiting several Burgundy plans and going up and down the stairs. I surprised our Realtors, by
telling them we really wanted the Fairfax model. To her credit, Tammy questioned us and asked us
why the change from wanting the Burgundy to Fairfax. She wanted to make sure we knew exactly
want we wanted. She didn't want to see us unhappy with our decision. She was willing to walk
away from a sale if she didn't feel it was right for the clients.
Tammy and Mary Kay, always had our backs. They are undoubtedly two of the most honest, hard
working, ethical, compassionate women that we had the privilege of working with.
They never ped the ball, If one of them was on vacation, the other took over and it was seamless.
Actually, these two go over and above anyone I have known in the business world for over 40 years.
They want to make their clients happy and satisfied with their decisions. They do countless open houses,
to make sure your home is shown in the best light to prospective buyers. They know all of the legal language
and how to prepare your home so it is ready to sell. The two of them are not only a wealth of information on
who to call for projects that need addressed, but have the reputation of making connections in the community that
they have become a household name in, with many contractors, plumbers, handy-man, landscapers, etc. to get their
clients fair market prices for fixing any issues with the home to sell or purchase.
If anyone is thinking of selling or purchasing a home in the Bethany area, it be absolutely ludicrous
